Apprenticeship to become a banker (Grade: professional banker: stocks, book keeping), German draft 2 Years, Studies of biology and marine biology at the Universities of Bremen and Gotheburg, Schweden. Grade: Dipl. Biol. University Bremen, Institut of Marine Botany.

Promotion at University of Bremen, Institut of Marine Botany, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Netherlands as well as the Institut of Genetic Ecology of the Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan with the help of a grant of the German Social Party, Bonn and an invitation of the Monbusho, Tokyo (Mayor – Heavy metal uptake in plants: 10 years later also known in Germany as photoremediation). Grade: Dr. rer. nat.

After coming home in 1991, history has written a new chapter of Germany. So Jobs were on sparse first. Worked at different consulting companies as a ronin.
Than: bought by a consulting company as Head of Department Environmental Planning/ Environmental Techniques. I had to quit the job after 4 years because of an extreme sparseness of challenges or in Japanese understanding: Lack of Kaizen. "...everything stays as it is..." May be that's the reason the Company is bankrupt now and by the time Germany has discussed itself down to the level of Third World Countries like Angola!"

-University of Namibia, Windhoek (Multidisciplinary Research Centre), Algae in the Namib Desert.
-Special report writer Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (Water protection, Phytoremediation, Constructed Wetlands).
-Mechanical and -biological treatment of storm rain (Az 07252)
(Bronce medaille at the International Fair "Ideen-Erfindungen-Neuheiten" (Ideas-Iventions-New Techiques) Nürnberg 1994 for an new invented high effency filter for water- and sludge water treatment "Inverse Biofilter" , various patents on the topic constructed wetlands, processing, phytoremediation).

- 1999 - Solo - sea kayak expedition to the polar circle (Flensburg, Germany - Haparanda, Swedish-Finish boarder 91 days, 1,400 miles).- Search for material writing a book about "Ethnobotanics in North- and Central Europe". Edible Plants (Jap. Sansai) - Published August 2002 at Kosmos, Stuttgart, Germany (Essbare Wildpflanzen und Wildbeeren). 1. Issue sold after two years.
- 2000 - Foundation of ronin-doc. Management trainings, cost reduction programs, controlling, path finder, cash management systems for companies like Ford etc.
- 2001 - 3,800 miles (69 days)- EuroCross as the Bike-Raider from the "Arse of the World" (North Cape, Norway most north eastern part of Europe) to the last Bratwurst before America" (Kap Vincente/Sagres/Portugal most southern east part of Europe).
- 2003 - 1.700 km Solo circumnavigation of Lake Baikal in a kayak, the deepest lake of the world. Book and DVD published at Delius-Klasing, Bielefeld Sept. 2004. 1. Issue sold after 5 months!
- 2004 Foundation of "ronin-doc-productions"
- 2004 - Walkabout with two Bushmen in the Namib Desert. Will be published at Delius-Klasing 2005/2006

Hobbies: extreme living and thinking!
