Day 23
Air-raid warnings, the first 500 km and a robbery

GPS: N 33°, 08.254' E 133°, 07.478 '
Place: Kuboshinokawa
Etmal: 23 km
Total: 512 km
"Air-raid warnings!" This is my first thought when the sirens
begin to howl on the roof of the Onsen 20 km far away.
The "lunatic Kim" has done it...! When I finally get rid of my slepping bags, I come down to earth and the wake-up calls
starts all over the place as every morning.
Good morning Jaaapaaan!
After three hours of walking I leave my first 500km behind me.
well, how's the constitution? Fine! The fingers are full with
the usual dry tears (the coldness!), then the backpack!
Ok, a good camel can be "loaded" as it doesn't cry. I don't
cry anymore! In the evening the feet still hurt. One time I have bought soft insoles. The next evening the feet and the right
knee hurt. I have thrown them away, now the feet shout again
"Stop!" During the last few nights I have become awake
suffering from stomach cramps. After a weight control in the
Onsen it's quite clear why. The stomach shouts: "Feed me!"
(I lost 7kg in 21 days, that's too much!) In Kobokawa,
"undercover" policeman stop me. Well, in Germany you are born already with a collective guilt having always a bad
conscience... Earthquakes, rain... they can't put the blame on me! But this is not the reason. Maybe because I have just
bought four rolls of toilet paper, but I took only one with me
(3 forgotten)? No! Yesterday night there has been a robbery
in the Onsen and whether I have noticed anything important
(20m away from my tent on the other side of the river).
Nothing! (But this makes me nervous thinking about safeguards...)
Oh, outside infernal snowing... I want more spring!
