After a fantastic quiet night in a 150 years old samurai's
house (Ryokan "Ginenkan"), I leave the busy town of Nagano swimming against the stream of white-collar employees. In the roofed pedestrian I'm really listening to a classical version of "Hänschen klein ging allein". I'm not quite sure whether that should be a greeting or a gag…
With the rain warning from Tokyo and an even lighter
backpack (fibre fur, cooking accessories and "stinking sleeping bag" are on the way to Germany), I'm "flying out" of the mountains towards the summer and the coast...
