GPS: N 39°, 08.132'

Ort: Kosagawa
Etmal: 26 km
Total: 1893 km
The clouds have completely disappeared when I'm again on the
road. Pure sun, but still with storm. The sea is turbulent.
Due to the waves they have blocked the road on which I
walked along the steep coast yesterday. Two or three days
of walking along the coast and then I have to go back to the
mountains to Aomori. From there it's only a stone's throw
to Hokkaido which is the last 600 km stage of my trip across
Japan. The landscape has totally changed: dark pinewoods,
dunes at the coast and more room (or less people
)
The atmosphere is like being in California oder Denmark,
but I can hardly understand the language. Is it still Japanese
or is it already Ainu, the language of the natives who have
been almost exterminated? Sometimes it's like talking to Chewbaka,
the wookie of the"war of the stars"!
I can't catch on any word, but the parks are big and great
and the meal is delicious and much cheaper than in the "civilized"
regions, where they normally even don't know that you can
also find a Shinkansen here. In Japan everybody lives in in
his own "soap bubble". They don't care about what's
going beyond.
